This tool is to be used if a longer stripe is needed. The last picture shows the different between the "Ribbon Technique - 4 Long Stripes" cutter and this "Continuation" cutter. One end just marks the spot and then you can rotate the cutter 180 degrees to make a stripe twice as long.
